All community help posts say to turn on ActiveX I need to go to the Tools option in Internet Explorer. Posts say hit Alt button and menu will appear. Doesn't happen. All I can get to is a Settings option and there is nothing about Tools or Security in that option. Please help! This is why I avoid Internet Explorer at all costs.

Click On"Programs and Features". Now on the left side you will see a Shield with"Turn Windows Features On or Off" beside of it. Click on this and a window called"Windows Features" will open up with a list of installed programs. Go down to"Internet Explorer 11" and click on the box beside of it to place a check inside of it if there is not one.
